“This place was great for our family of three (2 adults and a 1yo). Everything was as described in the listing. Communication was easy if you text to his phone. Took the advice from other parents and left all our beach gear in the car so we wouldn't have to walk it up 3 flights of stairs. Pool was a nice size (code provided but make sure you also have the wristbands!). We opted for the 2 min drive to the beach (FYI if you've not been before, the closest beach access allows 4wd/AWD vehicles onto the beach so even less work for you to enjoy a beach day). Clean and comfortable! Would stay again for sure!”

The beach is beautiful and under a 10 minute walk from the condo. We did not use the pool but walked by and it looked very nice also. Justin’s place is on the third floor and is very private. Off the back deck it is wooded and peaceful. We loved how it was decorated and we had plenty of room for the four of us. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen seemed well stocked, although we did not cook. I would highly recommend booking Justin’s place. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely book his place the next time I am on Amelia Island.”
