Bill Hogan - PGA Golf Instructor
Bill comes to The Golf Club of North Hampton from Covington, Kentucky. Bill has been serving as the Head Teaching Professional at The Golf Course at Twin Oaks. He has just completed 27 years in public education, and is relocating to be near his daughter, son-in-law, and his two grandchildren. Bill served as a Middle School Teacher, High School Basketball and Softball Coach, Director of Innovation, Middle School Principal, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent of Schools.
Bill just recently completed his PGA Class A, and he believes teaching golf is the ultimate combination of his passions. Bill loved and thoroughly enjoyed his time as a public educator and working with our young people. Golf has been his passion since his last year in the US Navy, where he started playing golf.
Bill will work hard to build relationships with his clients, because students want to know how much you care before what you know. Bill will be available to conduct individual and group lessons. Bill will utilize Trackman technology to solidify and identify areas of strength and growth areas for each client. He will also be starting a new program here at North Hampton called Operation 36. Informational videos will be linked below with information on how to sign up. Bill looks forward to building a strong relationship with the community and fellow golfers in the Fernandina Beach/Yulee area.
